I've only gone and joined a Gym!

My son, Stanley joined "The Gym Group" last year and was going quite regular for a couple of months. At the time however he was only 15 and when challenged by a member of staff, he had his membership revoked.

I said to him, when he turns 16, which he did in January, I will join with him. Well he did and I didn't.

That was until earlier this week. I stopped by to pick Stanley up after visiting the supermarket. I decided to go inside and speak to someone about PT sessions and cost etc.
Before I knew it, I had signed up and tonight I have my first PT "taster session"

I'm a little scared and apprehensive especially with my health history. I spoke to them at length about this so hopefully they won't run me too hard.

I'll blog a little more later in the week to advise on how it was......and wether i'll continue going.
